Prep Cook

PREP & CLEANING TEAM — HAAZS BETHLEHEM

Start at $13 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. We have one opening for a dependable teammate who takes pride in a clean, organized kitchen. No experience is required; training is provided.

ABOUT HAAZS

Smash Burgers - Hot Chicken - Gyro Platters & More. We are a fast-casual restaurant where preparation, cleanliness and teamwork keep the whole shift moving.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Follow daily prep lists: cut vegetables, cook rice, make burger patties and portion ingredients as trained.

• Label, date, rotate and store food according to training and manager direction.

• Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, utensils and equipment using the procedures you are taught.

• Keep prep areas, storage, dining areas and restrooms clean and stocked.

• Put away deliveries, remove trash and keep work areas and access routes clear.

• Report low stock, damaged equipment or food-safety concerns promptly.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working as part of a busy team and following instructions. Must be at least 16; duties and scheduling must be appropriate for your age.

PAY & AVAILABILITY

Starting pay is $13 per hour. Tell us your available days, earliest start and latest finish times when you apply.

GROW WITH HAAZS

Build your kitchen skills through training and cross-training. Progression toward cook and leadership roles depends on demonstrated skills, readiness and available positions. Advancement is not automatic.
