Prepare fresh lower school snacks, including fruit cups, vegetable cups, and other healthy grab-and-go itemsUse strong knife skills to efficiently wash, peel, chop, and portion fresh produceBake muffins, cookies, breads, and other fresh treats from scratchPrepare smoothies and other beverages in large batchesAssist with prep for breakfast, lunch, catering, and special eventsFollow recipes, production records, and portion standards with accuracyStock and organize prep stations, coolers, and storage areasMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work areaFollow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP proceduresSupport the culinary team wherever neededSchedule:Monday- Friday7:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.Transportation:Free on-campus parking is available.Located on the Metro Red Line.On the bus line just steps away from Walter Reed Hospital and the NIH.
