We are relocating to a new location and need a motivated Prep Cook to help us continue delivering exceptional meals. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all chicken and fish products for cooking
• Maintain first-in, first-out sorting and packing of all products
• Ensure all sorted products are labeled daily and rotated as scheduled
• Ensure all food is fresh, delicious, and ready for cooking
• Maintain all refrigeration, sinks, and trash containers in a clean and sanitary condition
• Follow lead cook in training protocol as requested
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus but not required
