Prep Cook in the Dayton area. This is Part-Time, with very few nights and weekends.
Duties:

Prepares and serves food in and attractive manner
Works in the dish pit and busing/cleaning tables
Strictly adheres to prescribed standardized recipes and kitchen procedures
Maintains good personal hygiene
Performs given duties at special meal functions
Will work evening and weekend hours to assist with special programming and events
Follows all necessary health requirements and dress code

Equipment:

Slicers, ovens, steamers, commercial mixers, grills and dishwasher

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred 2 years of professional cooking experience.
Preferred proficiency with knife skills such as dice, chop and julienne
A person of good character
Able to follow directions
Willing to work a variety of schedules as needed
Must be able to work well with others

Pay:$15.25
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, with very few nights and weekends
