As a Prep Cook, you play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by safely preparing, cooking, storing, and organizing food according to LuLu's recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. If you have the passion and the drive, we will help you acquire the skills!

Prep Cook Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up, stock, and maintain your prep station according to guidelines
Prepare food following established recipes and plating standards
Follow all food safety and handling procedures (always!)
Ensure all prepared items meet LuLu's quality standards
Prep food quantities based on expected business levels
Properly receive, label, date, rotate, and store all products
Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low
