Position 

\n

As our Prep Cook / Dishwasher, your main goal will be to support the Chef and Chef de Cuisine with food preparation and overall kitchen operations, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and equipment, as well as assisting with basic food prep and event packing as needed.

​This is a full-time position, typically Wednesday through Saturday (and occasional additional days). Evening, and holiday availability is required, and flexibility is a MUST, as we work at various locations for catered and private events.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen. We are a close knit team that takes a group oriented approach rather than operating in strictly individual roles. Everyone supports one another to ensure a seamless event experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• \n
• Assist the Chef and Chef de Cuisine with food preparation
• \n
• Support packing and setup for catered events 
• \n
• Assisting our Culinary Team in the kitchen at events

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
