JOB DESCRIPTION

Bathhouse Kitchen seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Prep Cook who can be an all-around team player and complete tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dish station and walk-in.
• Receiving inventory and properly labeling and storing.
• Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk-in and organization.
• Trash and recycling removal as necessary.
• Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary.
• Some light prep work during downtime.
• Maintaining areas in the dining room that require cleaning.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Food Handler's Certification
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and be a team and a team player.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Job Type: Full-time. 8-hour shifts. Night and weekend availability is required.
• Pay: $18- $22 per hour.
