We are hiring a full-time Prep Cook at a corporate location in Newbury Park, CA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Candidates should have at least 1 year of prep cooking experience; training and benefits are available after 90 days, with pay ranging from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour.
- Prepare food following recipes, production sheets, and quality standards.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
- Serve customers efficiently and handle orders at various stations.
- Complete documentation, logs, and reports as required.
- Resolve customer concerns and perform additional duties as assigned.
