Together we CAN This is a full time position, and you must be able to work weekends The Prep Cook will learn to and assist in preparing, seasoning, and cooking various food product for consumption, through job experience supplemented by related instruction, prior to being considered a qualified, skilled cook. Maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the preparation and kitchen areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend English simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Other Qualifications: Food Handler’s Permit and ServSafe Certification as required by applicable state and county. Why Us?
