Jaja is a celebration of Western Mediterranean ("Med-West") cuisine, brought to life through the leadership of Executive Chef Logan Abbe. A Cleveland native and Cleveland Magazine’s2022 Best Local Chef, Abbe draws on his experience at The Last Page, Sawyer’s, and The Greenhouse Tavern to reintroduce jaja with a menu rooted in inventive, shareable dishes. Set within its jewel-box rooftop dining room, jaja offers an energetic, transportive, and welcoming experience paired with a reimagined beverage program — marking an exciting new chapter for one of Cleveland’s most distinctive restaurants.
The Prep Cook supports kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and ensuring all items are ready for cooking. They follow recipes and safety guidelines to maintain consistency and quality. All while embodying our core values.

Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment. This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift. Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.
