McGee’s 72 is hiring an AM Prep Cook to help keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for service each day. This position focuses on protein breakdown, dressings, sauces, soups, produce cleaning and preparation, stock sorting and breakdown, assisting with truck inventory, and keeping the AM shift clean and organized.
