Upshift is hiring Prep Cooks for corporate cafeteria kitchens across the Twin Cities — Minneapolis, St. Paul, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Eagan and Chaska — plus event kitchens and concessions. You are a W-2 employee of Upshift; we schedule you on the shifts you choose.
About the job
- Prep and cook in a busy cafeteria kitchen: knife work, batch cooking, grill and deli stations.
- Follow recipes, portion standards and food-safety rules.
- Set up your station before service; break it down and sanitize after.
- Shifts available now. Typical shift 5–8 hours.

Pay and benefits
- $20.00–$26.00 per hour, shown on every shift before you claim it.

Requirements
- Cooking experience of any kind: prep, line, grill, deli, cafeteria, catering or quick-service.
- 18 or older, with a smartphone.
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lb.
- Reliable transportation to work sites across the Twin Cities recommended.
