Now, let's be transparent with the Requirements:
- 2 years Prep Cook experience preferred
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Able to cook and prepare recipes to Big City Bites Bistro's standards using equipment such as, but not limited to, Deep fat fryers, Grills, Ovens, etc.
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to adhere to Big City Bites Bistro's standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and organization
- Able to work 35-45 hour workweeks
- Able to work Weekends
- Able to speak and read English
- Able to use knives safely
- Able to follow food handling guidelines for safety
- Able to multi-task
