Requirements include the ability to read recipes quickly, keep work areas clean, develop food knowledge, and adhere to safety protocols. Must be at least 18, able to lift 50lbs, and stand for long periods.
Useful qualifications involve prior prep cook experience, familiarity with kitchen equipment, and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
