Behind every great shift is a strong prep team. As a BOH Prep Team Member, you’ll prepare fresh ingredients, maintain food safety standards, and set the kitchen up for success each day. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying organized, and taking pride in quality, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare fresh produce and ingredients to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow food safety guidelines (labeling, dating, storage, cleanliness)
• Keep prep areas, coolers, and storage organized and stocked
• Ensure consistency and quality in everything you prepare
• Support the kitchen team by staying ahead of prep needs
