Prep Cook /Slicer

We are looking for a dedicated Prep Cook / Slicer to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant! This behind-the-scenes role is the backbone of our daily operations — responsible for slicing, portioning, and prepping the premium meats, cheeses, and produce that go into every sub. Requirements:

• 18+ (required to run the slicer)

• Morning availability (flexible)

• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand/bend/reach through shift

• Able to operate in walk-in cooler/freezer (40°F to -10°F)

• Reliable and punctual

What you'll do:

• Slice and portion meats to exact specs

• Prep produce, meats, and cheeses with knives, slicers, and dicers

• Keep product rotated and stocked for the line

• Stock deliveries, clean prep areas and equipment

• Follow all food safety guidelines
