Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant is a Craft Brewery & Restaurant all under one roof. We are the oldest and largest Craft Brewery in Topeka, and the first brewery in Topeka since prohibition. With our broad menu of Steak, Pasta, Seafood, & Bar-be-que, we are able to please any palate. Our kitchen makes everything from scratch, ensuring that our customers enjoy the best quality food. Section 1: Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Assist in cooking and preparing various food items, including salads, sandwiches, and desserts
• Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines

Section 2: Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
