You'll play a vital role in ensuring our team has everything they need to create the classic Chinese dishes and fresh sushi that our guests love.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep station and workspace
• Follow recipes and food safety standards consistently
• Support the kitchen team by having everything ready before service begins
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to anticipate needs
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
