- Inventory management:
- Stocking kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and monitoring inventory levels.
- Cleanliness:
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, including washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping floors.
- Efficiency:
- Working quickly and accurately to meet production demands during peak hours.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
