A Prep Server (or Prep Cook/Worker) job involves getting food ready for service by washing, chopping, mixing ingredients, portioning meals, and restocking stations, while also maintaining cleanliness, following recipes, managing temperatures, and supporting cooks, combining kitchen prep with basic serving duties like plating and keeping serving lines stocked and sanitary for efficient food flow.
