Prepper/Caulker: 2Nd Shift

How You Will Make an ImpactThe Prepper/Caulker is to prepare the bodies and parts for the powder coating process, conduct final detailed inspection, and rework to ensure that the parts and product will exit the powder coat process with no flaws or defects. This position will also perform precision hand caulking and binding operations such as caulking, gluing, inspecting, pasting, etc.

The Nuts and Bolts

Sands, grinds, finishes, caulks and prepares truck bodiesResponsible for manually pushing/pulling equipment and parts from inventory based on the job orderResponsible for moving equipment to other work areas via roller system or overhead craneResponsible for sanding, scraping and precision hand caulking/binding

Required Credentials

Manufacturing industry background experience preferredPrior experience with hand tools preferred
