What You'll Be Owning

• Serve as the technical advisor throughout the presales engineering process, translating customer requirements into practical engineered solutions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate solution recommendations and competitive proposals.
• Partner closely with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and operations to deliver technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation for complex infrastructure projects.
• Manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously while balancing shifting priorities and aggressive project schedules.
• Ensure a seamless transition from customer engagement through project execution by aligning technical requirements across internal teams.

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline. Equivalent experience supporting complex electrical or industrial infrastructure technologies will also be considered.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Proposal Engineering, Project Engineering, Applications Engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, engineered systems, or other complex industrial technologies.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a consultative approach to solving customer challenges.
