Afternoon Enrichment Teacher
The Academy Preschools is seeking a passionate and energetic Afternoon Enrichment Teacher to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young children and have experience teaching a variety of subjects in a fun, engaging environment.
Position Overview
- As our Afternoon Enrichment Teacher, you will teach enrichment classes to preschool students ages 2–6 years old. Classes include:
- Science
- Movement
- Art
- Cultures
All lesson plans and supplies are provided. Your primary responsibility will be delivering engaging, age-appropriate instruction and creating a positive learning experience for our students.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: Typically 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: Weekly planning meeting at 10:00 AM at our Franklin office
- Hours may vary slightly depending on programming needs

Compensation
- $20.00 per hour (flat rate)
Qualifications
Experience working with children ages 2–6
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Background teaching or leading activities in multiple subject areas
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
