Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team in our one-year-old classroom.

About the Role

• As a teacher in our one-year-old classroom, you will:
• Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
• Handle daily care and feeding of six children
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support each child's individual needs while promoting group learning experiences.
• Maintain a classroom that reflects joy, exploration, and respect for every child.

Qualifications

• DCF 45 hours and preemployment classes required. CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
• Previous experience working with toddler-aged children.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young learners.
