About the Role:
The Learning Experience in Tega Cay, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing experienced Preschool 2 Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, curriculum-based lesson plans for preschool-aged children
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support whole-child development
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and childcare safety standards

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or classroom setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare professionals in South Carolina
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for early education
