Saint Mary School has been providing excellent academic experiences and religious formation to the children of the northwest suburbs since 1855. Saint Mary School is searching for a full-time Preschool classroom aide to join this tradition of excellence. We are looking for a candidate who supports the values of Catholic education and is focused on educating the whole child– intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Candidates must love working with children and strive to always do what is best for students. Willingness to work as a member of a team, and dedication to life-long learning and professional growth are essential traits of candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to establish a positive relationship with students, families, and staff to foster a welcoming and supportive school environment
• Willingness to assist the classroom teacher in carrying out lessons and supporting students
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a preschool or daycare setting
• CPR trained
• First Aid trained

This position has an hourly range of $15.00 - $16.50. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
