About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Charlotte Child Development Center as a Preschool and Full-Time Floater! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on young children's lives while working in a nurturing and engaging environment.



Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
• Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Background check clearance and references required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
