What You'll Do

As part of our teaching team, you'll:

  • Create a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged.

  • Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

  • Support children's cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development through play-based learning.

  • Encourage creativity through art, music, sensory activities, outdoor play, and storytelling.

  • Build strong partnerships with families through positive communication.

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to create an engaging, supportive classroom environment.

  • Celebrate each child's unique strengths while helping them reach developmental milestones.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Starting Pay
  • Qualified Teachers: $22–$25/hour DOE

  • Infant & Toddler Caregivers: $19–$21/hour DOE

  • Teacher Aides: $17–$18.50/hour

Who We're Looking For

Qualified Teachers
  • At least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)

  • 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program

Infant & Toddler Caregivers

  • At least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed childcare setting

  • Infant/Toddler training (or willingness to complete—we'll help!)

Schedule & Locations

Monday–Friday • Full-Time
No evenings
No weekends
