Preschool Assistant / Enrollment & Marketing Support

Mustard Seed Early Learning Academy is looking for a caring, energetic Preschool Assistant with experience in sales and marketing to help grow enrollment in our early learning program.
Responsibilities:



• Support teachers and assist with daily classroom activities



• Help create a safe, nurturing environment for young children



• Build strong relationships with families



• Promote our program to prospective parents



• Conduct tours, follow up with inquiries, and help increase enrollment



• Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts




Qualifications:



• 90 Hours  Infant and Toddler certification



• Background in sales, marketing, or client recruitment



• Strong communication and people skills



• Friendly, organized, and dependable



• Passion for early childhood education and program growth
