About the Role:Join Los Ninos Montessori as a Preschool Classroom Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Be part of a passionate team dedicated to promoting Montessori principles and supporting each child's individual growth and development.
Responsibilities:- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development through hands-on learning.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources for activities.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment that promotes exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Montessori principles and practices is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children.
