About the Role:
Join Los Ninos Montessori as a Preschool Classroom Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development through hands-on learning.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources for activities.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment that promotes exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Montessori principles and practices is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children.
