Coordinates creative arts for large rooms and worship experiences for the Preschool ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church - Plano Campus ("PBC-PC").
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Preschool large room Sunday worship experiences and special events (décor, lighting, props, tech and media)
- Ensure Preschool worship experiences reinforce curriculum teaching points
- Maintain Preschool creative areas
- Assist as directed in Preschool large rooms
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers for Preschool creative arts (décor, worship teams)
- Collaborate with Student Ministry to coordinate and schedule teens to serve
- Ensure all creative flows are provided to volunteers in a timely manner
- Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed
- Assist in writing scripts and flows for Preschool worship experiences as directed
- Create décor and props as necessary for special events
- Assist with general oversight of props, sets and costumes
- Collaborate in creative planning for special events (Adventure Week, Christmas, etc.)
- Produce and post social media content for Preschool
- Other duties as assigned
