Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Director-level experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state licensing regulations.
• Highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing all preschool operations.
• A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
• Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with families and the community.
