Preschool Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate person to lead our school! The person selected for this position will be responsible for the management and care of the staff and children. The Director must demonstrate leadership abilities by creating and maintaining a positive learning environment for all families enrolled. She/he is directly responsible for working closely with the owner and other administrators to ensure that continuity of care is maintained throughout the entire day. The Director will be responsible for operating the center in accordance with all policies and state licensing standards.

Education Required:

• Site Supervisor Permit

OR

• 3 units for Child Growth and Development
• 3 units for Child, Family, and Community
• 3 units in Infant/Toddler development
• 6 units in Program/Curriculum for Early Childhood Education
• 6 units in Administration and Supervision for ECE programs
