We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Director to lead our school community. The Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, support and mentor staff, and foster strong connections with families.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to teachers and staff.
Ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and the community.
Manage school enrollment, tours, and communication with prospective families.
Oversee curriculum implementation to align with school philosophy and early learning standards.
Monitor budget, resources, and staffing needs.
Promote a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and joyful learning.
Qualifications
*A 4-year degree is required for this position.
*Minimum 2-3 years of early childhood education and/or leadership.
