POSITION: Preschool Director/Site Supervisor 
DAYS OF WEEK: Monday-Friday
FULL-TIME POSITION/ PART TIME POSITION
PAY $30 PER HOUR

 Customer-focused, professional with experience answering phones, giving tours, managing staff, conducting trainings, maintaining organization, creating schedules, Assist teachers in class when needed, filing, keeping records, keeping up with licensing requirements, computer efficient.EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED
college units (semester) in early childhood education (ECE) or child development

• At least 3 units in administration or staff relations
•         Child Development Site Supervisor Permit or
          Child Development Program Director Permit

• EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT POSITION   
• Common Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Managing daily operations for children aged 0–5.
  • Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising teaching staff.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to California Title 22, Title 5, and Head Start Performance Standards.
  • Family Engagement: Building connections with families and managing enrollment. [1, 2, 3]
