Preschool Floater (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and flexible Preschool Floater to join our team. This role supports multiple classrooms and works with children ranging from infants to 5 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children
- Float between classrooms as needed to support staffing and ratios
- Help with routines such as meals, naps, diapering, and transitions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with children ages infant through 5 years
- Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
