POSITION: Preschool Lead Teacher 2025-2026 ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR DUTIES: * Assess student needs, progress and achievement; diagnose and remedy weaknesses. * Instruction and supervision of preschool age students. * Exhibit excellent classroom management skills that enhance learning, maintain sound control over student behavior and effectively manage transitions from one activity to another. * Prepare and use effective instructional strategies using appropriate teaching materials. * Other duties as assigned by ECE Education Coordinator. REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma and Early Childhood Professional Credential * Must be Lead Teacher Qualified * Clear background reports through fingerprint submission * Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain one. * Minimum one year experience working with appropriate age group. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
