We are looking for passionate early childhood educators who enjoy working with young children and creating a safe, engaging classroom environment where learning and play go hand in hand.
This role is ideal for a nurturing, dependable educator who enjoys leading classroom activities, building strong relationships with families, and supporting children during important stages of development.
Responsibilities
- Lead classroom activities and daily routines for preschool-aged children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a fun and age-appropriate way
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Strong classroom management
- Communicate with families regarding daily activities and developmental progress
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years experience with preschool aged children
- CDA, ECE coursework, or Early Childhood Education degree preferred
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must meet all New Jersey state licensing requirements for childcare staff
