Preschool Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) - The Learning Experience Franklin

Location: The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA

Pay: $21-$23 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Franklin is hiring a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to guide and inspire young learners in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our preschool classrooms are designed to spark creativity, build independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

We're seeking an ECE-certified teacher who is passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones while delivering a high-quality early education experience at one of the most trusted preschools and childcare centers in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3-4.
• Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, focusing on language, social, and cognitive development.
• Create an inclusive and structured learning environment where each child can thrive.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent communication and progress updates.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, team-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

• ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
• At least 6 months of preschool teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
