The Goddard School in Sugar Hill is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Office Manager to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced childcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Greet and assist families, visitors, and prospective parents
- Maintain student records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage NPS score
- Tour and follow up with prospective families
- Process enrollment paperwork and maintain attendance records
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors
- Support billing, invoicing, and other financial administrative functions
- Assist with scheduling and general office management duties
- Ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment
Qualifications
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
- Previous experience in a Preschool setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Experience in childcare, education, or preschool settings is a plus
Schedule
- Full-Time, Year-round Position,
- Must be available to work until 6:00 PM
