What You'll Do


  • Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued.
  • Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through meaningful, hands-on activities.
  • Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication.
  • Observe and document children's progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to create an exceptional classroom experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications


  • Experience in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or school preferred.
  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
  • Must meet New Jersey licensing requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
