QUALIFICATIONS
- 16 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Weeknights 5p-7p, Weekends 9:30a-11a
- Passion and love for working with children
- Previous experience working with kids preferred
- Responsible, energetic, and fun!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure safety of children under their care
- Engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
- Follow age-appropriate, tailored lesson plans
- Maintain commitment to excellence, quality, and safety through participation in the game of soccer
- Attend team meetings and all-staff meetings, as available
- Weekly Sessions with locations in Aurora, Macedonia, Akron, Kent, Richfield, North Canton, Uniontown, Cuyahoga Falls with more added each season.

We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management.
