Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Can you turn a soccer cone into a rocket ship and a warm-up into a dance party?
We’re hiring energetic, patient, and reliable coaches to lead fun, structured soccer classes inside local daycares and preschools.
This is NOT a competitive coaching role.
This is a high-energy, character-building, confidence-growing role for young children ages 2–5.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading 30–45 minute soccer classes at daycares
- Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork
- Keeping 2–5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones)
- Being silly, animated, and encouraging
- Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Communicating professionally with daycare staff
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Genuinely love being around young children
- Have preschool, nanny, camp, daycare, or teaching experience
- Are patient and calm under pressure
- Can manage a group of energetic toddlers
- Show up early and prepared
- Have reliable transportation
- Are available weekday mornings
Bonus if you:
- Played soccer growing up
- Have early childhood education background
- Have coaching or classroom experience
This Is NOT For You If:
- You prefer working with older, competitive athletes
- You don’t enjoy high-energy environments
- You struggle with patience
- You’re not comfortable leading a group independently

Requirements
Experience working with children ages 2–5 (daycare, preschool, nannying, teaching, camp, or similar)
Comfortable leading a group of young children independently
High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to follow a structured curriculum while keeping it fun
Reliable transportation (you will travel to local daycares)
Available weekday mornings
Dependable and punctual
Professional appearance and demeanor
Able to pass a background check
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
