What We Offer
About the Role
As a Preschool Spanish Multi-Classroom Teacher, you will support classrooms of children ages 2–3 years old in a nurturing learning environment. In this role, you will lead portions of the day in Spanish, introducing young learners to the language through songs, storytelling, and daily interactions. The role combines teaching Spanish on alternate Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with serving as a floater on Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternate Wednesdays.
You will work collaboratively with your partner teacher to ensure the successful operation of the classroom while fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. You will use both English and Spanish to naturally integrate language exposure into everyday routines and activities.
In early preschool, the day includes a balance of structured activities and open/free play, with Spanish naturally integrated into both.
This Multi-ClassroomFloater Teacher position is designed as a developmental role, intended to prepare candidates for a future Classroom Teacher position. It is expected that individuals in this position will actively work toward and be prepared for placement in a Classroom Teacher role as openings become available.
