$500 New Hire Bonus • Full & Part Time, Monday- Friday
Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may work as a Preschool Teacher, Infant/Toddler Caregiver, or support staff member. In every role, you will:
Help create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for young learners
Guide development through play, exploration, and daily routines
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute ideas and collaborate as part of a team

Educators with experience in preschool or childcare settings

Preschool Aide: $17–$18.50 per hour
Infant/Toddler Caregiver: $19–$21 per hour
Preschool Teacher: $22–$25 per hour
Grow with Us: Not quite qualified for a Teacher role yet? Start as an Aide or Caregiver and we’ll support your growth. We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the training and experience needed to advance your career.

Preschool Aide:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
A love for working with children and willingness to learn
Infant/Toddler Caregiver:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Preschool Teacher:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including:
CDA (Child Development Associate), OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Full-time and part-time positions available
Kailua & Kaneohe area preschools
