Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum to foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of every child.

Requirements & Skills

• NC Background Check: Must have a qualified background check letter from the State of North Carolina.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Solution-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess child development and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
• Support/ lead classroom supervision and implement provided daily lesson plan
• Follow all NC health and safety regulations and participate in staff events/training.
