As a Preschool Teacher Assistant at Stepping Stones Child Academy, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers in providing a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for our preschool students. You will assist with classroom activities, supervise playtime, help with meal times, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Ability to pass a background check
