About the Role:
Love and Learning Child Care in Coalville, UT is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and milestones
• Maintain accurate attendance, developmental records, and daily reports
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, and snacks
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
