Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for 3- and 4-year-old students
Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills

Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and development

Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) preferred

Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
